I just realized something-its not life or death-its just something that has made my mind go crazy...how do you get a thought out of your head that you KNOW shouldnt be there...but that irks you?

I just out of no where-*BAM* and now I cant stop thinking about it and its really bothering me At this moment I am 100% miserable and all I want to do is cry
