My sister is getting engaged?? ok I guess you all need a bit of background....My sister hasnt been 'dating' any one for years she has lived with her housemate for 4 years ....but has insisted they were JUST friends....well he just went to my parents house to ask my dads permission etc....and my dad asked if she knew and he said she picked out the ring she just dosent know when its coming .......so my sis is marrying her ' friend'

My mom is VERY mediling and pushy when my sis has been in relationships in the past and pushes way to hard ....I am pretty sure she just for once wanted a relationship with no pressure ...
