I sent mine in March and was published June 5th. They call to tell you when it will be in.

You have to get the form in hardcopy, fill it out and mail it to them with a pic.

You send them a SASE to the offices and they send you the forms. The info is on the website.

I mailed mine in in Febuary and they printed it on Sunday. Four mounths or so.
