Like in Juno - when her friend asks 'are you sure it's not a food baby' That's a baby bump. My GF just popped one day I think in about her 5th month.... one day she was showing, then the very next day she looked verrrrry far along.

but you don't want to look like this:

I always thought it was weird too, doesn't look like there is any 'skin' connecting from the bump to her Vag area lol It just looks too weird.

yeah - and I was on the bandwagon that it wasn't really Tom's baby, but it was Chris Klein's. And that she really gave birth to the child months before, but had to wear a fake belly to keep up the charade that it was Tom's baby. But looking at that kid now - It's Tom's
