yea i had it yesterdaynot that much though.. few pieces of chicken (cubed) like 1/2 cup. i dont know how many points the sauce and the basmati rice is!

and for lunch i had more rice and the spicy sauce.

how many cups are in the lil chinese containers???

I don't know jack point squat about WW but what I do know is that Indian food is not light at all...don't let the veggie dishes fool you. I loooooooooooooooooooove indian food and eat it often but its heavy from just about every angle (sodium, calories, carbs, sugars, fat/sat fat, etc).

u need to eat more fiber!!

i switched DH to more fiber fillled foods without him knowing and he brags to EVERYONE how he doesnt even need to use toilet paper anymore

yup! thats where i found everythign. i literally have every freakin book they sell and i carry them all with me it gets sooo confusing! i have to rememebr which book to look for what.
