WW week one!

I lost 2.8 lbs!!!!!!


i was really good the first half of the week,. but didnt deprive myself during the holidays and during the storm I had soooo many cookies! I dont know how I lost! so excited. love love this program.

it's just what I need. it makes me more aware of what i put in my body! yaaaaaaay
