wwedding pics

I got married June 23..and i used Queens Bridal for my pics...well they went out of business and never called me to tell me...I didn't get all the stuff that i paid for. I was told my album etc would be ready this month so icalled today and out of business. There was a phone number to call and that has been busy for about 1 hours..i am freaking out here and don't know what to do..i guess i just needed to vent..any suggestions would be helpful..

I know there's a post on BHB about them......I think they were giving their proofs etc. to another company to handle....sorry I don't know the name!! I'm so sorry you have to deal with all this!!

I remember this thread too, not sure who is handling the proofs tho.
