Yes, I have the same problem...my veins are hard to find. I always let someone know that they're hard to find before they start sticking me! The best thing for me is to try and relax. Make a fist and hold it...I've had someone ask me to pump my fist lightly, another say to just hold it. It helps too when someone is good at drawing blood otherwise they go from arm to arm and I end up with a huge bruise. It's not so much how many viles they're taking...once they find the vein I feel better. Good luck!

I don't have bad veins, sure they take about 3-5 min trying to find one...lol BUT I do have to turn my face away...I am such a child. Thank goodness I don't have this problem. I wouldn't know what to do.
