And Halo!!! Seriously, I am on here and DH is sitting in the living room with his headset on playing Halo, and I can hear him cursing when he dies or whatever!!! I married a 14 year old

BUT it keeps him occupied

omg, that's my DH too! I hate when he starts yelling at it when I'm there in the living room. And the worst is when I'm sleeping and his yelling wakes me up.

holy crap!! i thought i was the only newlywed suffering from this!! it drives me nuts!!! all DH thinks about is his xbox and his friends on halo! the minute he gets home, he plays halo. sometimes he forgets to eat and change out of his work clothes b/c of it. i can't get that mad at him b/c i bought it for him

i'm just glad to know that i'm not the only one.

Halo, Rainbow6, you name it, he's on it every night and all day on Saturdays and Sundays.

Is your husband playing the box itself or is he on Xbox Live? Sometimes I'm not sure which is worse!

I think Xbox live is worse because then I have to hear all the other players talking and cursing as well. At least when he just plays on his own, he usually leaves the headphones off, so if I need to talk to him I can. But when he plays live and has those stupid headphones on, it's so hard to get his attention, and then if I need him for anything, I always have to wait for the game to be finished because he says he can't walk away in the middle of the game because it will ruin it for all the other players. Seriously, who's more important here? Me or some other video gamers who he's never even met?!?

I feel your pain girls. He's ok when he plays with his friends (he's part of an online gaming group), but when he plays the general population and he gets some 14 y/o kid on the other side, he gets so worked up! It's awful.

We need to start an Xbox/PS Wives support group!!!

Yep DH plays his and the Wii like they are going out of style but as the other says keep him occupied when i need him to be.
