Xmas gift questioin

So Christmas has always been a really big holiday in my family. I literally just saw a commerical for the Trans siberian orchestra who are playing at Nassau Colliseum a week before Christmas. I was thinking about getting this for my sister and her b/f since I know they love the music. Is it stupid to give them their gift before xmas though? Like since they wont have something from us on the actual day? I will probably get them something small to open on christmas as well but their big gift will be the concert tix. what does everyone think?
