OMG thats so crazy. The only insight I can give is that a friend of a friend of mine was cheating on her husband for years-well, her husband finally left her in September and the girl says 'it came out of nowhere'...really?
And now apparently she's having a nervous breakdown over it.
All I can say is that karma will always come back and bite you in the asssssss.
Eventually your girlfriend is going to smarten up, but there's nothing at this point that you or anyone can say that's going to make her realize. Only time will tell.

IMO all you can do is be there for your friend when the situation changes. If she doesn't want to talk about it then respect her wishes. Everyone is different and you have to respect her decision to work on it.
I have a friend that is getting married to a horrible woman and all I can do is support him....and I think thats what you need to do. Support your friend and be there for the good or the bad.

Im positive she doesnt trust him! she is prob going thru so much! being married and pregnant and dealing with all this, she prob thinks the best thing to do right now is try and work on her marriage. Its going to be hard! because im sure she is going to question everything he does, and its prob going to cause alot of issues in the marriage! I know its hard cuz you are prob just soo disgusted in him, and her for getting over it soo quick. These are the times you just have to be thankful that its not you in that situation and you really have a DH that will never do something like that to you! Im sure she will either realize she is making a huge mistake by staying with him! or maybe he will realize that hes been a Dirt bag and realize he needs to not be like that anymore!

Honestly... she knows about it now and it's her call. If she picks to stay with him and decides she trusts him then that's on her. The next time he cheats and she finds out she may feel foolish for forgiving him in the first place. But again, that's her choice.
Personally I don't know how you can be with someone whom you know cheated on you! But to each their own. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it. It's an awkward position to be in... but if she CHOOSES to forgive him and stay with him all you can do is just be her friend.
Usually if I see something isn't right or find something out etc... I'll tell the person once. They can take it or leave it.... I let it be their decision to do as they may with the information.
