I am so sorry it went that way for you. I know how frustrating it is. But I am looking forward to our lunch.

I am so sorry Mandy. I know this meant a lot to you but you are destined for even greater things and I have huge hope for you for the future!

I battled insomnia for a few years and being uneasy is a huge part of it. I don't know what's with potential employers NEVER TELLING YOU about a job they practically handed you at the interview. Sorry... didn't mean to yell, but I know exactly what you mean.

I hope you feel better soon and I hope I get to see you when we're in NY even though it won't be at the luncheon. sigh.

you are one of the sweetest people on here and i truly believer everything happens for a reason and a better opportunity is out there for you

now something to make u smile.....

As someone who has gone on many teacher interviews... Don't give up hope yet. I didn't hear back from a school for 3 WEEKS before they called me back. They told me all the interviewing would be done by the end of June and by the end of July I got called for a second interview.

Good luck!

oh that is so crappy. . that seems strange. .. you think they would at least call to say something. . that's pretty standard SOP at that stage. . but hang in there and hold on to those compliments - that is the TRUTH not whatever weirdness that might have happened to get in the way of it. .. and who knows maybe something weird is just delaying it and it will still come!!!!

Oooh now!! im really sorry this happend to you! i would have thought the same thing!! the guy basically made you think that the job was yours!! i hate getting my hopes up for something and then having it be shot down!

well just remember everything happends for a reason, so because you didnt get this job could mean something even better is waiting for you!!!

Mandy!

I am so sorry you are going through what seems to be just a huge cycle of frustration.

I don't have anything constructive to add that the other girls haven't, so I'll just send you some of these:

Keep your chin up! Things are bound to improve, right?
