what is a sound machine?
any chance you can talk to her and work out an agreement in a mature way? her way is just ridic! I'd explain to her that you are having a baby and the baby will be sleeping by the window that she has this machine pointed at.
is the machine meant to keep your dog away from her property? if so see what you can do about working out something so you know the dog wouldn't ever be over there. it's just much better than fighting this out... it could get stressfull and ugly.
if that doesn't work then I'd call the police... fill out a report... I think you can report noise.
If you were in the city I'd say to check with 311 as well. I think they could also help you out.

We have tried to talk to her about it. Shes evil.
Its to deter the dog, who doesnt go on her property... but she thinks it does because there is a huge cat who poops all over... We have told her time and time again that its the cat, raccoons and possoms (All three poops she have pointed out were different... lmao)
The thing is, talk to us you know? tell us you think the dog is still going over to your side and tell us u are buyign a machine. We were willing to buy a fence to prove it to her too!
But putting the machine facing into our house, i think should be something illegal...
