I don't think its horrible at all! You guys deserve a HM together...alone!
He wasn't able to make it to your wedding...he's planning a wedding within a year...and, you guys have set plans...its not like you were 'considering' that weekend!
I say....
I do understand that there is an element of 'feeling badly...' because I was raised really close to many of my first cousins. But again, you deserve to go on a HM with your husband!

Re: Cousin's Wedding?
PS - I would let him know sooner rather than later just so the legitimacy of your plans are understood and that the air is clear, ya know?
Oh, and despite him not sending a gift, I would def send a gift!

I don't think it's terrible AT ALL! It's your honeymoon! Go and enjoy and your cousin will understand completely!!!! It's already booked and it's much deserved!

Not horrible at all. And after the year you've been through, I think they'd be more than understanding! Seriously, go on your honeymoon .

Re: Cousin's Wedding?
i don't think it's bad at all ... you already had plans before they set the date so you can't be blamed.
however, if you do feel bad, maybe you could postpone your HM by one day and leave on Sunday instead of Saturday? (but i wouldn't try TOO hard to be accommodating )

Re: Cousin's Wedding?
I say go on the HM.. don't worry about him. He didn't go to your wedding or send a gift.
but honestly, you planned a wedding.. you know how hard it is to find a hall on a date you want. so i think the chances of them actually getting married on that day are like low. just mho. don't worry about it until you actually get an invite.
