I guess there really isn't a way of knowing for sure. I suppose you will just have to wait and see.

Just to share my humble opinion, and please know I am NOT directing this at you personally...but I don't understand why it's so upsetting to be on someone's B-list for a wedding. We all know how expensive weddings are. We all know how difficult it gets when his parents and your parents all have friends/family they want to invite. We can't always invite everyone we want to, and sometimes we have to have B-lists. It just can't be helped.

I don't think being on a B-list makes you less cared for, or a less important part of someone's life. Sometimes it's just due to financial or other difficult circumstances.

I wish people were more understanding when it came to weddings and guest lists. Seems like everyone gets so sensitive about it... I think brides and grooms are stressed enough without having to worry about over-sensitive friends and family.

Anyway... to you!! I hope you get your invite soon!

I had to even do this with my engagement party. I had to invite family that I knew would most likely not come and once I got their definite no I could invite the friends I wanted to invite.
