I am schedule for May 9th to have the lntra lase Eye surgery

I have been putting it off for a year now

It was kind of expensive but I def think that it is worth it

yaaay!! good for you! a very good friend of mine got it done over the summer and while the recovery was a pita, he says it's the best thing he's ever done! feels like a new person!

I had it done 2 1/2 years ago.....it was $3300 roughly (for bladeless)......my vision now is not as good as it was right after I had it, but hey its still wayyyyy better than it was before!!

good luck!! try not to be a big baby and cry afterwards like i did!!! even my surgeon was making fun of me!! lol the next day after surgery you'll see what a big difference it is!! just make sure you get a really really good pair of sunglasses, the sensitivity to sunlight is pretty extreme.

I also had intralase (I believe, it was the most advanced form of lasik when I had it done in Sept. 05). My surgeon was Dr. Werner at Stahl Eye Associates right off of Stewart Avenue....they also have an office in Happauge (sp?).
