Just as sort of a fun picture posting activity, please post the advertisement for your dress and then a photo of you in it.

There was a thread like this on another wedding board but since we are a smaller group, I think we might get more enjoyment of it.

How awful is this picture??? I would never have pick this dress if I saw it on this picture first. Thank God I saw it at Klienfeld sample sale, tried it on, fell in love with it, bought it and then by pure accident found a picture of it on-line. I barely even recognized it! Also, this color is just terrible!

Anya you are so right. That dress looks completely different on you. That model didn't help...she can't fill it out as well as you did!

Thank you ladies!

I also feel bad for the designer! And I just don’t get it! It was a very beautiful, well crafted dress made of expensive silk (I got it less then half price, or no way I would have been able to afford it! My seamstress was in awe when she saw the craftsmanship! She said the whole dress was completely hand made! )
This dress didn't get fare advertisement! Then again: good for me because if it did it never would have gone on sale, and I wouldn't have been able to get it!
