Re: your bo-k
I threw mine and my step-sister caught it... it kinda got destroyed in the melee.
I didn't even have a second bouquet. Keeping old flowers is overrated IMHO. I had all my prom corsages for years and tossed them all when I graduated college.
I've got pictures.

Re: your bo-k
I have my bouquet and DH's bout in a canister on our computer desk...I tried to put it in a shadow box but I couldn't find one deep enough. When we move it's going to get destroyed, but I would rather not throw it out. I even have the dead rose heads from every bouquet DH ever got my in a shadow box...it looks a little morbid haha, but I think it's kinda cool. So I say save it.

I put it in the fridge to dry out while I was on my HM. Now it's dried perfect and it's in a vase in my dining room.

I did that and I thought it looked like C R A P when I got home so I threw it out.

Re: your bo-k
I took my entire bo-k apart & dried out all the roses. Once they are fully dry I am going to crush them & put them into a glass jar. Thats what I have done with all the flowers DH has given me over the past 10 years.

Ditto. I chucked mine this past weekend. Then DH got me a similar but smaller bouquet on Tuesday since it was our one month anniversary. Thought I'd make the wedding one into a bracelet but realized I'd never wear it so why bother?

me too. i put it in the fridge before we left for the honeymoon, then we came back and threw it out a week later. it was just taking up space and it didn't look good at all.

Re: your bo-k
My Bok was wrapped in this paper.... I left it ontop of my entertainment center when I went on my HM.
I came home... and a few weeks or months passed before I remembered it. When i opened it... it had dried perfectly.
It now sits ontop of my hutch in my dining room. It really dried nicely and looks good. Not morbid or anything. So it's diplayed. When people come over and see it they ask 'Is that your wedding bok? How did you do that?'. Not that it was on purpose... but I got lucky.

That's cute ... why didn't my DH ever do that?

Re: your bo-k
i cook too much... no room in our fridge for it! I felt bad throwing it out, but it looked like crap when we got home from HM, i threw it right out. Hontestly, I find dead flowers kinda depressing tho!

Re: your bo-k
My SIL dried it for my while we were on our honeymoon but I forgot I had it in a bag and I never stored it properly so it didn't look very nice when I found it 2 months later. I ended up tossing it away; I was sad but like some girls said the pictures will do.
