So last night for dinner I made pot roast in the slow coker... I had so much left over even after packing some for john for work last night
Today I used the shredded meat, made caramelized onions and put it all on baguette bread with swiss. I put the gravy from last night on the side for dipping
OMG it was amazing, John asked me to pack him one for lunch tonight
Just a thought for another meal out of pot roast the next day!!!
