Zumba?

i have heard its a fast paced latin dance class, but that is all i know...

what gym to you belong to? and do they offer lots of good classes?

I go to East Islip Fitness. They have a ton of classes, but I'm too lazy to go to any.

I loved going to classes at my old gym. I did Pilates, Body Sculpt, Deizel Sculpt and Cardio Boot Camp. That class kicked my arse!

i took a Zumba class about a month ago... its kinda like you are dancing at a club for an hour straight lol

its a lot of merengue and salsa moves with a dash of hip hop

girly its a dance workout...itsssssss soooo much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


go and check it out...its sooo worth it.~!!!!!

very popular now..my fds are so addicted to it,,,and im taking...it too!!!
