We have all seen the video and were horrified for the couple. We have read the arguments of who is right and who is wrong. I am not going to rehash all that. But I will ask you... What is the moral of the story? I think it all boils down to choosing vendors who are the kind of people that you would want at your wedding. Hiring people who are pleasant as well as good at their job should be the norm. Hiring vendors who are excited by your ideas and who will be, not only physically present, but also emotionally present, is important. Fortunately Long Island has a great community of very professional wedding vendors who are also genuinely nice people... And most of them can be found right here on LIW :)
