My wedding gown from Bridal Suite was and is absolutely gorgeous! When trying on gowns, I chose several dresses in the style/design I liked. After seeing me try some dresses on and seeing the style I liked, my attendant selected a dress from a different room and said try this one on, I think you'll love it - and that is exactly what happened! I feel in love with that dress and knew it was the one for me. The staff is extremely helpful and will answer any questions you have, set up your appointments, and provide you with alterations as needed. My sister and sister-in-law also purchased their wedding gowns here, and the 3 of us are beyond satisfied!
Service and Professionalism was good. I found my dress, a one of a kind, and they helped me create the unique customization I wanted. My only complaint is my last fitting was scheduled 2 weeks before my wedding date, and they said that I would have to pay for an additional fitting if I wanted it closer to the wedding. My dress was too big, and should have had last minute alterations, but they "don't do that".

I have absolutely no complaints about the Bridal Suite of Centereach. I ordered my wedding dress (Maggie Sottero) and also 9 bridesmaid dresses (Dessy) from this store. All of the dresses came in, in more than enough time and myself and my bridesmaids were very pleased with the dresses and alterations. My future sister-in-law also ordered her wedding dress and the bridesmaid dresses will be ordered there as well. Thank you for making my wedding dress dreams come true!
I went to every other bridal place to find a dress , I heard about bridal suite of centereach from a friend . They were the only people who treated me like a princess . They made sure I was comfortable and they asked me every question to find out what I liked . I tried on 30 dresses before them . I tried on one with them and made it my dress ! I was in tears and they were so wonderful to me ! I'm in love with my dress I even got the bridesmaid dresses there as well ! I give this place 10 out of 10 ! They made me feel like family !!!!
