1. Tell us about ADM Talent and the inspiration behind the company:
ADM Talent was founded by Alex D. Magor in 2017 after 10 years of playing with some of the best wedding bands in the Tristate area. I wanted to bring the modern sound of a night club DJ to a live band environment. This includes extreme attention to the sound of the band, having a killer set list, top notch vocalists, and making sure every song transition flows seamlessly. All of our bands are put together and directed by myself and this saves the customer money by booking direct.
2. Do you have a company motto/philosophy and if so what is it?
Our philosophy is simply to be the best at what we do. We are extremely competitive and give all of our attention to each and every couple.
3. If you met a bride or groom to be and had literally one minute to tell them why they should use your company what would you say?
You won’t find a better band for a better price.
4. What sets you apart from other Entertainment Agencies?
Our desire to be the best is what sets us apart. We spend the extra time and effort to find the best talent and craft our shows.
5. How do you help a couple achieve their dream wedding?
We make the process as easy as possible. We send each couple a personal link with suggestions for all their specialty songs (Introductions, First dance, Parent dances, etc…). Here requests can be made as well as any songs they would like not to be played. We are extremely accommodating when it comes to requests. And our experience in reading the crowd allows us to choose the right songs and make sure we keep the dance floor packed all night!
