Jerri started out just making sure all the kids had a cake…
Then she had to make sure the rest of the family had cake too. Then good friends. Then did a few weddings, some for friends of more friends, acquaintances, and even friendly cake "challenges". It finally snowballed to the point where it seemed like anyone that needed a cake was getting one from her.
After the flavors had all been tried and tested, it was time to get creative with those cakes. What to do with a background in art? Get professionally educated as a Pastry Chef & Cake Artist! This has made a decade of cakes each deliciously unique. Your cake is your dessert AND your centerpiece for any occasion. You will amaze your guests with edible artwork!

1. Tell us about Jerri's Custom Cakery and the inspiration behind the company:
Jerri's Custom Cakery started as a rebellion against the cookie cutter wedding cake.
We believe that the best cake is one that is both a stunning, artsy display and made of delicious, real ingredients. When Jerri started the Cakery, she committed herself to that standard and has been carrying it out ever since.
2. Do you have a company motto/philosophy and if so what is it?
We create memorable cakes that defy limitations, are a blast to share, and are uniquely you.
3. If you met a bride or groom to be and had literally one minute to tell them why they should use your company what would you say?
When you sit down with us, we’ll take all of your dreams and ideas and design a custom cake that perfectly reflects who you are on your special day. Then you leave the rest to us! From the design process to delivery, we take care of every detail so that you can celebrate, worry free, with the people you love.

Jerri’s Custom Cakery LOVES defying the normal limitations of a cake. We specialize in using all the latest tools to create insane cake sculptures and beautiful figurines to truly set your cake apart from the rest.
5. How do you help a couple achieve their dream wedding?
Picture This.
You’ve made it through your vows and your first photos without a hitch.
Everyone received their dinners and the best man’s toast wasn’t as embarrassing as you were afraid it was going to be.
But you’ve noticed that there is more than one flower girl hiding under a table and Grandma’s had a little too much wine.
What to do?
They roll out your cake, that awesome collaboration between you and Jerri’s that is just so YOU.
Giggling flower girls come out of hiding, Grandma increases her food to alcohol ratio and you can go back to enjoying the best day of your life.
