After Hours DJ Entertainment

After Hours was our wedding venue's preferred entertainment vendor and we could definitely tell why! We heard them playing at another wedding during the initial booking appointment at our venue and had to have them. We were NOT disappointed. Phil Vollarro worked with us and provided us with an awesome music and lighting package that was in our budget. We were a little overwhelmed thinking about our music selections but After Hours made the process easy and stress free by providing song recommendations lists as well as ceremony and reception checklists with all the necessary information. Our MC was Benny and our DJ was Joe. Benny kept everyone laughing and having fun the whole night. He was a riot and our guests adored him! Joe followed our song list and kept the music flowing smoothly throughout the whole reception. He played an exceptional role in keeping the crowd moving and happy. I also hired the String Trio for our ceremony and cocktail hour. They were fabulous and my guests were so impressed with the beautiful live music. We are still getting calls today from guests wanting to tell us how much fun they had. We’ve gotten so many calls saying “It was the best wedding I’ve ever been to!” We're really grateful to After Hours for making our wedding an event to remember for not only me but for all my guests. We highly recommend them. =)

Phil & his team did an amazing job! Phil listened to all of our requests prior to wedding and responded quickly to all of our calls and emails. The dance floor was full throughout the entire reception and everyone was talking about what a great job the DJ did! Thanks so much!!!!

My husband and I got married one month ago at the Riviera in Massapequa. After Hours was the house dj, but I knew way before we booked the Riviera that After Hours would be my dj. They were the dj at my sister's wedding 2 years ago and from that day on I knew that they were the ONLY dj that I would want at my wedding. And WOW they did not let us down! I can't tell you how many people at the wedding, and since, came up to us and commented on how fabulous the dj/music was and that they were the best dj at any wedding they had ever been to!! I couldn't agree more! DJ Joe and MC Kevin were fantastic and Phil was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire wedding planning (a big help!) We also used uplighting at the reception which I would highly recommend! Phil knew exactly what colors I was looking for and how to decorate the venue to enhance the lighting...it looked awesome! I would highly recommend After Hours to any bride :-)

After Hours is such an amazing company. I was the maid of honor at a wedding that they did about three years ago. The energy was so high and the music was AMAZING. MC Phil really made the whole event. I have never seen so many people on a dance floor and even the mother of the bride was dancing on a speaker and singing to “Living on a Prayer”. Now I am engaged and doing my search for all of my vendors. Remembering what a great time I had at that wedding three years ago, I decided that After Hours would be one of the vendors that I would check out. I visited a few other DJ companies in my search. They all were offering similar things, however there was one great difference and that was their products. I wanted the white system, the name in lights, zap shots, and most importantly both a DJ and MC. I got a lower price from the other DJ and called Phil to match the price since that is what the contract says that Phil gave me. He was MORE THAN WILLING to match the price but told me to ask the other companies to actually SEE what they were offering. When I looked at the actual products I realized that other companies CLAIMED that they had white systems, however it was really just the same black system covered in white cloth. The TVs for the Zap shots were a lot smaller and weren’t white either! The only way I found this out is because of Phil. His honesty and quality of products was what had my fiancé and I sold on his company. As a final test before booking Phil we went to one of their expos at the Vianna Hotel and Spa. We wanted to make sure that after three years that things didn’t change in their performance. To my surprise, they blew my fiancé and me away. They were even BETTER than three years ago! We booked them right on the spot that night making sure that Phil would be my MC because I trust him 100%. With Phil and After Hours I know my party will be one that people will remember for years to come and that I am in the best hands!!
