Mark and his staff did a great job for our wedding. We rented the white Bentley for our wedding day. Paul, our driver, was on time, pleasant and professional. Would use again for a special occasion.
We booked the large Escalade for our wedding on 11/7/2015. Our driver was timely and professional. The vehicle was clean and well maintained.
I would definitely use M&V Limousine again. They were the only limo company that had their prices listed online, and offered the most flexible packages. Any other company was looking to charge us double what M&V charged, even though we only needed a limo to pick us up and a coach bus to shuttle guests to and from the venue. And we got a free towncar to the airport for our honeymoon. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. My only complaint is that the limo did not have a stocked bar as was claimed, and the ipod docking system didn't work. Edited to add: After leaving my review, I received an e-mail from the owner of M & V limo asking me to raise their star rating as "reviews under 4 stars hurt us" and in return he would give us a free limo ride from the airport. This was quickly followed by another e-mail revoking the offer because we booked a pickup only and not a 3 hour package and that the limo was brand new (I guess in an attempt to claim the iPod dock couldn't have been broken). We were distinctly told when we booked that champagne would be provided. I absolutely would not use M & V again after learning how they would rather bribe customers for better reviews than focus on customer service to begin with.
M&V was great. Amazing Price for the 22 person Cadillac Escalade. Showed up right on time, Blaise was extremely professional. Helped everyone in and out, opened doors, and the ride was smooth. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
