Pastor April is AMAZING! As a same sex couple, Pastor April made us feel very comfortable when other officiants we met did the exact opposite. We met with Pastor April to personalize our ceremony at her house. After asking us questions and listening to our responses, she was able to write out our ceremony on the spot- she is brilliant with her words! She assured us that she would guide us throughout the ceremony, which she did so well. From start to finish we felt at ease knowing that she handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and passion. Everything went perfectly! We are still getting compliments, as our guests are telling us that it was the most intimate ceremony they have been to. We would definitely recommend Pastor April to anyone who asks!

April did a WONDERFUL job at my NYC ceremony in February 2013. She was so responsive and asked all the right questions that when ceremony time came, I knew that was one thing I didn't have to worry about on the wedding day. Because she is so experienced, she even pre-empted any administrative issues that I didn't even think about with questions and instructions early on. Her website is super comprehensive as well with extra information which I thought was super helpful. I would highly recommend her as an officiant at any wedding.

I LOVED how professional April was and the fact that she managed to coordinate everything in under 2 weeks is testimony that she knows what she's doing. Where do I even begin to describe how incredible Pastor April was for us; She was kind, caring, and genuinely helped us in our journey to the big wedding day. When we had any questions at all about the marriage process, from paperwork we needed to obtain, or pointers and reminders as the day was approaching, April was amazing. Along the way in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding she closely worked with us to make sure our ceremony was absolutely perfect and that it was catered to us. On top of it all she was at our wedding before we even arrived! Making sure she was punctual and as helpful as she could be on the day of the wedding.
