Pickles, Pirate Booty from Trader Joe's when I HAVE TO HAVE something like chips, Lemonade Ice Pops from Dreyers(only in CA I think) I love them- they are only 50 cal. and have vitamin C so they are a somewhat healthy treat. These have gotten me through my diet but again, they have salt and sugar in them. These are my cheater foods.

For brides in the city, FI and I like to have Smoochies or Tasti-D-Lite with fat-free whipped cream. Sometimes, we'll even crunch up the Snackwells mini-chocolate chip cookies or a zone bar to sprinkle on top. Yummmm!
ETA: FI also makes a mean guacamole that we have with Baked Tostitos on occasion.

I hope I can join this group, I need to!! pretty pleeeeeeeeeeease!!
I have definitely kicked my diet up a few notches lately. I eat almost no bread, but when I do it is whole wheat. for lunch everyday I have tuna with celery, lettuce and tomato. I have even been eating carrot sticks... which I cannot stand!
I was SO hungry today... I had 2 low fat yogurts. 1 in the AM and 1 around 3pm. Sometimes I will eat a few pieces of fruit like an apple or a banana. Sometimes I have a Nature Valley granola bar (the original cardboard tasting kind )
I keep a bag of M&M's in my desk at work for emergency purposes (plain ones). I usually have about 20 of those (5 calories each) to shut down my chocolate cravings!

I love Triscuits. They're whole wheat and have lots of fiber.
I only take out the number of crackers I should eat and then put the box away; otherwise, my hand keeps on going back into the box!

I'm down 33 and 10 to go in 57 days...I hope I can make it. My favorite snack is frozen seedless grapes. They are especially good in the summer time. I have eaten so many of them at a time I can pee wine!

My favorite snack food - whether i'm on a diet or not, is dry roasted peanuts. . . which have a high fat content - but you can eat them in moderation if you're doing low carb and low sugar.

Re: DSG (diet sup. group) QOTW
I love olives too! My nutritionist recommended I munch on pollyo string cheese (1 serving) so the cravings are satisfied and I don't look to go overboard on all other things. It really works...so far.
I also love 94% popcorn Cheddar Quakes 70 calories for 9 pieces Tomato juice w/lemon
These things really help the hungries. I think I'll have some of that now!

6 triscuits are 120 calories, with 3 grams of fiber. All whole wheat!
