I didn't, but papermart.com has gable boxes, and so does the Container Store.

I have a friend that owns a CandyBouquet franchise, and she made me the cutest baskets (I wish I would have taken pics!) for my OOT.

I never got my act together to do them, but I bought bags at Target. They were in the giftwrap area, and I just picked a color that matched our wedding colors (blue).
They have quite a few bags, and I didn't need that many.

We bought the 9x6x6 boxes and they were perfect
It held 2 half pint poland springs, 2 'half cans' of soda, 2 mini snapple bottles, 1 mini bag of pretzles, 2 types of individual cookie packs (we did a variety pack so some got oreos, nutter butters, chips a hoy), tic tacs, Trident Gum, Excedrin pack, Alkaseltzer pack, & Directions to all the events. We went a bit over board in filling them ...with all the drinks they were a little bit heavy...but everyone loved them and a lot of people said they saved some stuff just for the ride home. I have pics at home somewhere - I'll try to remember to post them!
