'06 GTG versus TWOTY

06 gtg ---YEP

TWOTY--- Double yep.. I am in the bridal party (whoo hoo) and also it is at my hall so I jump at the chance to go back there.

Kerie as far as I am concerned you are an 06er. I always considered you, Gail and Beth incredible sources of information as well as support and you all got married in 05.

I think my only reasoning for going to the WOTY would be to support my friends in the BP. If I can drag DH, the odds are pretty darn good for winning a plasma TV since there arent hundreds of men there and only THEY can enter. I KNOW Kerie's husband isn't mad about that!

I am really looking forward to seeing everyone together at the 06 GTG. I feel very sororal with each of you on some level. You have all gotten me through what had been the most difficult year of my life and without your eyes and ears, I would have felt very lonely. The friends I have made here will last forever.

More on TWOTY - to make matters worse, I would have to attend with a fellow 06r as my date. Just adds to TWOTYness of the event.

Well, this honorary 06er wants to go but also wants to make demands. Someone has to promise to actually want to sit with me and save me a seat. But in exchange, I will give a ride to ppl from my area (Commack). Oh, also in exchange, I will pay up on demand!!!
ETA--I think that Gail (HappyBride2005) would go as a honorary 06er, if she could get there from Bkln.

TWOTY - won't be there... DH and i RARELY get days off together so i don't like not being with him when we do... we'll be off together and there's no way in he!! he'll go with me
