06 prices

06 prices

I kind of wish that I had attempted to get the rest of my biggies such as flowers and limos done before the new year. With only like 3 days left in 05 its kind of impossible to get those prices. I guess it's better then getting 07 prices though. Is there really that much of a difference between the 05 and 06 prices. Getting a little worried and overwhelmed

I'm not sure what the increases will be. It shouldn't be that drastic. Just shop around and ask us what we are paying for 05 prices.

I figure more money IS more money when your planning a wedding. Thats why like I said we got written estimates that are good for up to 60 days from the time you got your quote. i'm not saying we're going to use these vendors, but it's a good thing to have. Wish us luck.This weekend we plan on booking our florist and limos.

Some vendors may charge your more but not all vendors up their prices when the New Year hits. Some use 2005/2006 price model. Either way, I would negotiate!!

Oh Tiff, I wouldn't worry too much. I am in the same boat as you. I think they will slightly increase, but not to an overwhelming price. I was thinking that too though, maybe I should have booked everything this year, but after video/photo and dj...I needed a break!

I can't take a break, I want to be done with limos and flowers by like March the latest so that I can take a break from that before I start dress shopping... and hopefully if its right away I can try to get some of the 05 prices!! .. if not we'll manage thats what the summer is for - working round the clock happy planning everyone!

well im hoping if i start early in 06 like january and february it may not be too bad, im sure the increases arent going to be very drastic, if they are shop around! dont worry so much

i'm going to go in january and feb. and just shop around. Whatever we get, we get - price wise I mean - not quality.. it shouldnt be too bad

I am not even worrying about it too much.

I am speaking from experience of booking a vendor(DJ) to early without thinking it through- so I am taking my time.

I am sure the prices won't be too drastic.

no they aren't .. I've already started talking to some vendors and the price changes aren't too bad at all .. some aren't even changing at all!!
