Hey! I have to start planning. I think we're going to rey to go see Historical Chapel and CW Post Interfaith Center this week and make calls to priest and rabbi. I just realized we've been engaged for 9 months. We planne d along engagement so we'd have extra time to think all of this through and work it out with our families (being itnerfaith is a real obstacle) but I totally ate up all of the extra time I had! Time to get moving!

we have over 650 days and have the hall and church. also our photo/video and the limos. will probably wait until next year for everything else.

Well I have about the same amount of time, I have reserved my hall and ordered my dress...Everything else will wait until next year...time will go by fast, next thing you know it will be our time....

The CW Post Chapel and grounds are really nice. On the website the historical chapel looks like it might be small, but maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised. Good luck.

I have pretty much bookd and bought all of the big stuff. I did everything early so I can hopefully sit back and relax as it gets closer...YEAH RIGHT!!!

It's totally sneaking up on me. When we got engaged we ahd SO much time, and we vaguely planned on bookig the ceremony and rreception over the summer, but then FH had the job search and now he works such long hours, so...all of my extra time is gone...BLAH I have SO much else to do. Maybe I should hire a wedding planner and be like 'ok...call me a week ebfore and tell me when to show up'

Just a little break for now...I am going to see a florist in next two weeks. Its early...way early for that but it is someone who may hook us UP so I need to give him some idea to get the cost. The holidays are starting to trickle in already so Im still at a halt for the wedding plans.

We have the church & hall booked...I know who we are using for photo's, I just have to make an appointment to sign the contract...My cousin is doing flowers, so that is done...We have to decide on band or dj....Limos we have to decide
Already did the dress shopping thing & found 3 that I love...Going back next week to make a decision...Also 90% sure on BM dresses...Bringing my MOH with me to pick them out next week...
I know it will be here before we all know it! I am getting so excited but it is still over a year away!

All I've done so far is booked the hall (which is also where the ceremony will take place). I'm going to start looking for a DJ and then photographers, hopefully I'll get them booked by the end of the year.

I am too indecisive to do much now. I had wanted to get vendors booked by the end of the year, but we're trying to save more $$. Plus with the holidays coming up and our engagement party in April. I am not going to do much until after the E-party. Just gethering MONEY saving ideas!!
