06'ers - Check out the reply postcard...
I thought was cool and very modern. It is a reply post card instead of a reply card with envelope. Also cheaper to mail. Thought you might like this idea
Here is the link to an invite from white aisle. She makes reply postcards with a lot of her invites.

I really love this idea. I've seen invites come with these and have seriously considered buying them.
