DIY Save the Dates - made with aquamarine shimmering paper/cardstock...

Almost complete sample of our DIY invites (they will be made with the same aquamarine shimmer paper as STD's)...

Inner 'envelope' will be a brown burlap pouch...

I will be dying my slip aqua! I have a rit dye recipe from a fellow aqua bride. FM me if you would like it!

I'm so excited to see our guys new tan suits (JC Penney $135!!!) with the aqua BM's and Brown MOH!!! So summery!!!!! We are most likely doing the guys in sandals!

My BM dresses!!!! This is the actual color, Alfred Angelo, Robin's Egg Blue. The sash will be Espresso Brown and my MOH will wear Espresso Brown dress with Robin's Egg Blue sash. It was a last minute change the day we ordered and I love it!!!!

Tip::: This was a quick sketch and water color I did to try different suit colors and ties. The BM dress shown was our original choice but I switched! I think I may end up with brown ties with some kind of aqua stripe or pin dot if I can find and a textured white on FI!

BM & MOH favors...

Monogrammed Vera Bradely large duffle in new Java Blue!!! I'm getting myself one too!

Old Navy flip flops in aqua of course!

Original sample of DIY necklace for the girls but I have to come up with something new for the new dresses... something more dainty!

Not everything aqua... found these zip sweatshirts on oldnavy.com for $6.00!!! Could not pass them up! I do embroidery so I monogrammed each one with their first initial!

I also made them bridesmaid tanks!

My flower of choice to go with aqua and brown is a pink carnation! My absolute favorite! All flowers will mostly be various shades of pink carnations with rose and wax flower fillers!

Some samples of pink lacy bouquets that will be done with mostly carnations...

Aisle runner I plan on making out of aqua burlap, trimmed in brown...

Our guest sign in book will be an aqua Creative Memories scrapbook that I will add the throw away camera pics to...

Sample of a ring pillow I made but I do not think we will use this one. And that's my flowergirl, Annie. My mom made her for me for my communion! We have 7 nephews, 5 of which will be 'ringbearers'!!!! FI's neice is 16, too old for a flowergirl so she's a BM!

Another FYI.... there is a 'Theme' board here that has an aqua thread in it. You may find more cool ideas and pics there too! Aqua is such a new hot color!!!!
