I WANT YOUR OPINION TOO!! I want them, but I want the cute wedding ones and I have heard that the cute ones aren't the best quality...what to do!!! Should I get them or not? Should I get the cute ones and take my chances or get REAL brand name ones and dress them up? AHHHHHH!! TIA

I voted no b/c I think this idea (from SarahRadio - who else?) was cuter/less expensive...
I went to Attias flea market and bought ones that were beach themed there and those pics came out so great! Some were a little dark, but hte quality was great. It was nice getting them at hte flea market so that I could get the prices down

if you really want to do them, i would get good quality cameras rather then the cutsie wedding cameras. i opted not to do them bc i know most of my close family would have their digital cameras with them. i have 200+ pics from their digital cameras in an album and thats more than enough. however, i don't have many pics of people from dh's work people (2 tables) bc my family didn't take pics of them and if they took pics-we don't have them. but i have pics of important moments and the people that matter the most. if you go with the table cameras leave people specific instructions on how to use them and remind the to use the flash!

Definitely get table cameras. As great as your photographers are, they wont be able to get the dynamics of each table. Although I got posed table pics from my photographer, the disposables told a story of each table. I also went with the cute wedding cameras, but if given the choice to do over, would have bought the name brand for better quality.

yes def. get them!!! but get the kodak ones from like costco.. the wedding ones are horrrrible (if you dont believe me get just 1 and take pics then delv. haha ull see!)
you can alwyas make a sticker wrap or somethign for the kodak ones.. get them all personalized... i could prolly help you with that type of thing..

if you want to do the table cameras, get the good ones, not the wedding ones. don't even do anything to them, NO ONE will notice, no one will care. Don't worry about it!

As a guest I like them because I love taking pics.. I took some photgraphy classes in college. But personally I didnt do them because I knew I wouldnt develop them and they would lay around my house forever, plus some of my ghetto guest would have took em.. not knowing better.

I say DEFINATELY!!!
A lot of my guests did not bring cameras but I got some AWESOME shots from the table cameras and I went out on a limb and bought all expired cameras for much cheaper (because I know recently expired film is just as great!)
Check out what I got!!!!! These are seriously from my table cameras. I have a thread out there somewhere with the ebay sellers name etc..
I say get name brand ones and beef them up yourself. I have used the decorative ones in the past (my bachlorette party) and they really came out like crap. We used the kodak ones for the wedding and they came out pretty good.

I'm gonna have to agree with this post..because we had GOOD cameras with scavenger hunt cards, and the DJ made an announcement and people either forgot to use the flash, or took pictures of meaningless things. Waste of money.

I think you should definetly get them!!! This way you get pics that your guest took. And you might get some that your photographer missed.
