Re: 07'er crashing for help
Thanks girls..I figured I'd ask those who had already been through it for advice. I'm just thinking that I shouldn't even bother with the big-name florists since I dont need centerpieces; maybe I should find someone local..thanks again!!

Lynn from Florisan just made my wedding bo-k. There was no problem and she offered me a really good deal. You don't have to have them make your CP.

trust me, don't think like this. The big name places are so popular because they are great & have the best prices with or without CP's.

Re: 07'er crashing for help
any florist who is a good business person knows that 'some money is better than no money' [PERIOD] if they won't do it, don't do business with them.
i did only personal flowers for my wedding. worked out great

Re: 07'er crashing for help
I had my florist do my bouquet, MOH's, boutonieres and had her convert the arch flowers into CPs. It was a great way to recycle them after the ceremony. They install them on the arch before the ceremony and took them off the arch after the ceremony to set them up as CPs.
You can customize anything. That's your wedding and your wishes.

Sorry, I have to disagree. Just because they are popular does not mean they are the best and have the best prices. Shop around. I got several quotes and my best quote was from a local florist. I've used them for years and trusted them. So don't limit yourself to the big popular florists.
