Okay, I just found out yesterday that my BM in JT is no longer working there, I have been trying to reach him for the past 3 months but no one told us anything... So finally the receptionist told us yesterday and gave us another BM's name but we can't reach him neither! We left message everyday and so far no one call us back... I can only stop by there at Sat. but they are usually very busy on weekend. They told me the offical will call us 6 WEEK before the wedding but I think it is a bit too late.( they didn't give me any infro. of him.) What should I do?????

First off, take a deep breath!!! JT is awesome and they will do right by you-no worries!!! And, although they are busy, maybe you can go by super early on Saturday and explain your concerns? I'm sure they will understand, and you will feel 100% better once you know everything is straigtened out! I know you feel stressed now, but repeat after me: Jericho Terrace is amazing and I have nothing to worry about!!

i would call them and tell them you want to talk to someone right now! you are spending so much money there and want to talk to someone! Thats not right that noone is calling you back!

This is what I have been telling myself. They are suppose to be great and I should not worry, but after calling a few time, and I can't help it... and I wasn't freaking out before until FH told me he tried to make an appointment with any BM and they told him they are busy tonight coz they have parties... and trust me, we are not nasty people and we never gave them attitude or rude. I do have some hope on them. I think they are great and that's why we pick JT.But I just can't get the stress out of my head....

definitely call and talk to robert...Sorry this is happening but don't let it bring you down and dont stress, now just think of how to work this all out
