Did you have a DOC and if so where they helpful and worth the extra expense?

I didn't have one my RH provided a Bridal Attendant and so did my church and I had my MOH and BM and between all of them I had all the help I needed. I would check with your hall to see if they do and if they do I wouldn't get one

I did not have one. I thought everything would be under control and flow smoothly after all of my prep. I was wrong. If I could change one thing, it would be to have a DOC.

I didnt have one and i personally think its a waste of money. My bridal attendants were AMAZING anyway!!

i didn't have one. i don't regret it. but i think that the only way you will know afterwards if you should have used one is wholly dependent on how smoothly your day goes. if you think that you'll be all over the place (literally - 4-5 different locations), then maybe it's a good consideration.
you can definitely get by without one though. competely a personal preference.

I had one and I regret it - she was not helpful.
However, I do believe a good DOC would have made a huge difference.

I didn't have one bc I didn't think I needed it and I was very happy with my decision!! I had total control while I was planning and loved every minute, for the day-of my bridal attendant was wonderful and took care of everything!!!
That was the right decision for me but it really depends on the type of person you are. If you think you're going to get really stressed out and want someone to help you take care of all the little details then I'd get a DOC. I've heard so many raves on the boards so I don't think they're a waste of $$, I just think they're only appropriate if you feel you really need/want one.

i didnt have one and I wish i did. i not an extravagant spender- i consider myself frugal..however on that day if i had a DOC, i would have been ALOT happier

i had one and she was no good.
my advice... find someone who comes HIGHLY recommended by another liw bride. it will make all the difference

I do have one.....and I will let you know when I get back from my honeymoon .....cause im getting married in 7 days!
But I have to say Yes so far she has been totally worth it - for me you cant put a price on peace of mind

I agree. The Bridal attendant was all we needed on the day of.
