Hi ladies, I'm really thinking about booking Vinny from High Voltage for our wedding next June. He seemed really cool, and i liked his style. Here is my question for people who used him. Did you guys have an MC? and if so...is Vinny the MC or does he just DJ from the back of the booth. If thats the case, then why does everyone rave about Vinny if hes just playing music?

we booked Vinny right on the spot and we did not book an MC. We feel confident in Vinny's ability to be our DJ and MC all in one. We weren't looking to have an MC- we just didn't think our crowd would need one- just a personal preference.

Same here with us. We didnt really want an MC just someone to do intros

Same here - we booked him on the spot - we liked the fact that he would just do introductions, etc, and not 'perform' throughout the night.

We booked with him & we aren't having an MC.. we are having a smaller wedding though so I don't think we really need one (140 guests)

thanks...I'm leaning towards no MC either. I think Vinny will do a good job anyway.
