Is it so odd to have a date 3 years in advance. We want to make it special & have all the trimmings It's gonna cost so much, so we need time to save, prep & plan.

Yeah...I know what you mean, weddings are expensive! Well good luck! The years will fly by and before you know it, it will be 2008!

I'm an '08 bride. It's really exciting. I already booked the reception hall and by pure chance found the dress of my dreams (I'm picking it up Friday Sept. 30th and I'm probably storing it at one of my BM's houses ). We already got our wedding bands, we actually got them before we got engaged (its a funny story if anyone wants to here it i'm more than happy to tell). We're starting to look at vendors, we'll probably book the photographer around the first week of October because next week we're meeting with the last of the photographer's we were interested in. After that we'll probably start looking at DJ's, then florist's, then limo's. We're probably going to start planning the engagement party also, its fun. I'm really anxious to just get married already!
