I know today is my one yr and I should be happy and i am but im also getting upset.... Ok so I always wanted a fall wedding, with my colors being brown and ivory....but due to my family's business we picked Aug 30th instead.....
So what i'm asking is it ok to have fall colors like brown and ivory for Aug??? I was thinking I wasn't gonna go the whole Fall theme, but I still love those colors..so I was thinking brown and ivory with rich semi bright color flowers to lighten up the theme...thoughts?
Another issues...my dress I picked out my dress and I fell in love with the Diamond White so I ordered it.....i've been having seconds thoughts now about having my colors brown and ivory and my dress white....I'm thinking the ivory color dress would go better but I loved the Diamond white color better for my dress.....
SO i'm asking you think it would look ok if I wear diamond white and my girls wear brown dresses with a ivory sash??? Sorry so long you have no idea how I have been stessing over this!!
Any thoughts would be great!!!

I say since brown is such a popular color- Go for it!!!!
Diamond white with BM wearing brown dresses w/ ivroy sash would be fine!

its completly ok! Brown works ay time of the year!! Dont second guess yourself.. it will all look beautiful!! And a lot of girls pick the diamond white at all times of the year, sometimes it goes better with whiter skin tones, not so harsh white

You can definitely do brown and ivory in late August...or anytime of year for that matter. Why don't you throw in accents of a sage green. I love brown, white(ivory) and sage. It's crisp and modern, and goes well with either summer or fall.

Congrats on your one year mark!
No need to get upset! Your date is the very end of august almost September so if you want fall colors you should go for it(heck even if our wedding was in July you should have what you want. You're going to spend all of this money on a wedding make sure you are happy with it! I promise the color police will leave you alone )
As for your dress I don't think you will have a problem with the colors. Your girls will keep with your color scheme and you will wear white and be the bride simple as that.
Take some deep breaths and everything will be fine. You will have a beautiful wedding!

I think you would notice those subtle differences in colors way more than anyone else would - if you like the brown and ivory color scheme for your BMs but diamond white for you, go for it! It will not be noticeable in pics. Brown and ivory would be beautiful in August or anytime!

I have a friend who did the opposite. She wore Ivory ant the BM had a pure white sash. It will be fine. I love ivory and brown!!!

Absolutely!!!! It is your wedding and you should have anything you want! I have seen many weddings that color!! All year long.
If you are worried about people thinking it is not appropriate for the season , stick to the colors you mentioned. Try not to go toward oranges, etc.

I know 3 people who got married in August and 2 of them had brown and ivory and one had brown and pink!
If that is what you like, that is what you should do!

yes they do, I had second thoughts on so many things since there are so many options out there but then you realize you just have to pick what you like & go with it & try not to look at magazines or other people & wish you did something another way. Brown & ivory will go nice with diamond white, you'll stand out even more
