08 crasher...garters and dress labels

Hello ladies, I am having trouble finding a place that will design my garter and dress label. I have tried to email the gartermaker a few times but no response back and they do not have a phone number.
SO I was looking to you ladies to help. I want my monogram on my dress label and need it asap, since we have 52 days till the wedding, and the garter i want to incorporate a few things since FH is a PO.
Thanks for your input ladies!

I got my NYPD garter custom made by Hand Crafted Creations-- HCC Garters

you can see it in my review---and she did a GREAT job

not sure if she does dress tags---but i know that www.djchic.com does
