'08-er in Need of Limo Help!! Especially Camelot Brides!!

I'm looking for me and my FH to go in the limo with our BP from church to the reception. Altogether, there will be 18 of us, and 2 of those are men with VERY broad shoulders and 1 of them is a tiny 12 year old girl.

Joe from Camelot suggested that we either use the 20 passenger super hummer or the 22 passenger escalade. He said the escalade is longer, but the hummer is wider and has higher cceilings and so it might be more comfortable than the escalade even though it is a 20 passenger rather than a 22.

Did anyone else have 18 people? What limo did you use? Was it comfortable? I need help!!

I would trust Joe....he is insanely honest and trustworthy.

Id go with the 22 - just imagine..you and your dress are 1.5 people and the girls in their dressses are probably at least +2.

I definitely trust him, he was SO great on the phone and I'm meeting him Wednesday. I just think there is no way I'm going to be able to tell which will be better by seeing them in person - unless there is somehow a TREMENDOUS size difference. If it's negligible, I don't knwo what I'll do!

Also, my dress is a sheath, so we actually don't have to worry about it, and my girls are in cute cocktaill length dresses, so they're OK too!

Then go with the 20. You just want to make sure youre not squished.

You'll love Joe when you meet him. He was one of 2 vendors that I booked on the spot (FM DJ was the other).

We are using the Escalade and it's gorgeous. It should fit everyone comfortably. It's easy to get in and out of. The Hummer has taller ceilings and I believe opens on both sides, but I am still partil to the Escalade. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
