08er crashing ? about marriage license

When you get your marriage license what if you write

fh first name and last name
my first name and my current last name

and it is signed like that can later on when you are ready to change your social security card, drivers license and other things can you change it to your DH's last name?

I am not sure if I am using his last name yet so he said that i should sign the marriage license with my current last name and have our marriage certificate say his last name for him and mine for me. But I know down the road I will probably change it and change my drivers license and ss card, credit cards etc is that allowed even though my marriage license and certificate says my current last name??

They ask you if you are changing it when you go and get it. On the license it will have your current (maiden) name regardless of if you change your name. You will need to decide at some point so that you can tell the town so they can give you a marriage certificate with your NEW last name on it in order for you to change your name on your documents.

ETA: You dont write anything, they type it out for you when you go in. YOu and FH have to sign it but you sign it with your maiden name even if you are changing it
