I would get only a trim since it does make your hair feel and look healthier and if you ahve a regular hairstylist I would go to them.
I can't not stress this enough WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT. I got a trim before my eparty and they chopped my hair!!!! I've been growing it out for years and its barely to my shoulders it takes soo long to grow
i've always heard that you should avoid getting anything done to your hair right before a big event. my hairdresser told me that at my hair trial for prom back in the day.
Your hair is much longer than I thought it was going to be. . . I think it's too late to cut it now, the stylist will know what to do for you to make it look perfect on your wedding day. I would just wait.
