'09 Bridal Shower

Hi Ladies,

Want to check out the Davenport Press this week as locale for the bridal shower for all us wonderful '09 brides. I'll take some pics and let you know how it goes.

There seem to be many newly engaged ladies- yay!!!! Just to catch you up- some of the ladies that were first enagaged and on the boards suggested a bridal shower for us by all of us and it gained some steam again lately.

The date is 8/23/08 from 12-4 most likely in Mineola at Davenport Press. Nassau was a selection since 1/2 way b/w Suffolk and boroughs.

We have a place- most likely- and price is about $35 pp with tax and gratuity and food, cake and unlim soda and champagne punch. We may do a secret bride and some other great things- TBD by all!!!!!!!!

Just remember- we're ALLLLLLLL pitching in for the shower so Do it yourselfers get ready, idea mavens get ready too!!!!

Just trying to book a place and date so we're all set with that and cost then we ALL move on from there

Just as a side note, when everyone RSVPs and we get closer to the date, can we have a total count of how many people will be there for those of us who want to make/get something for all the girls in attendance?
