'09 RP: HELP! I did a search on here and not much came up, has anyone heard of...

Ej the DJ? FH is doing side work for the owner of the company and the guy owns a bunch of other wedding related businesses. He told FH think barter when coming up with the price he was going to charge him. Well he is going to do the RH lighting, which is awesome, but he is suggesting that we use his DJ also, EJ the DJ. We already booked with LI Sound and left a deposit, which I don't think we can get back, but then again if we get a DJ for free its not a big deal. I just don't know if I'm comfortable with that since I haven't heard much about him and if the DJ sux the party sux! Help, what would you do?

never heard of him. Sorry. I did a lot of research on djs. my FH good friend is in the business (though not for weddings) and neither FH or his friend ever heard of him

They are actually located in the same strip as my company.... I haven't really heard anything good/bad about them tho, sorry.

i think they are one of Crest Hollow's preferred vendors - why don't you give them a call and ask?

My friend used them for her wedding a couple of years ago and she loved them.

They are a Flowerfield preferred vendor.

Believe it or not, EJ the DJ did my communion! Many years ago! But we've seen him a few times since and we love him. I just decided to do a band so we didn't go with him.

hey well thats good at least I know he's been in the biz for some years. I did a BBB search and nothing bad was reported about the company. FH voiced my concerns about switching so I think we are going to meet with them on Thursday.
