I feel soooo fat today!!!! I cant wait to get back on tomorrow, pmsing doesnt help either
Let me ask you fellow WW do you make any of the WW recipes? Do you eat what you want as long as it is in your pionts or do you eat healthy, healthy with in the pionts?

I make a lot of ww recipe stuff and cook my own recipes as well. For me, I need to track points in order to lose - I can't just eat healthy.

Thats my thing...living with my mom right now it is hard for me to cook WW recipes, she wants to things that she wants so I work around that with lean cuisines and try to do what ever I can. I feel I can eat whatever I want as long as it is in the pionts. I have been doing this on/off for 9 yrs and I have never gone to a meeting. So I will need this thread to help me stay on for the wedding

can you add me??? but I am trying a 'new approach' to w.w. after reading a book... im not weighing myself weekly!! (I become way tooo obsessed with teh scale) but I am followinf it weekly...... and seeing how I feel and how my clothes start to feel

So can I join for the recipes/support/and the oh my god I went over my points VENTS? lol lol
