I do actually! I eat the weight watchers multigrain bread.. so that i can make a sandwich and only spend 1 pt on bread. I eat the w.w. english muffins.. whole wheat.. when i can find them otherwise i eat the thomas whole WHEAt--LIGHT... same thing 1pt! I also love the W.W. 1 pt whole wheat pita :)
Arnolds makes a 100 calorie bread now which tastes just like the WW bread only its cheaper and its also one point for two slices. It was on sale at Walbaums today for $1.69
Speaking of Waldbaums, Lean Cuisines were 6 for $10 this week... our freezer is stocked!

I just picked up some more leans cuisines but they didny have the arnold rolls. I did get cookie dough frozen yogurt

I tell my mom and son not to eat my healthy stuff since they dont care what they eat and it costs sooo much!!! I am going out to eat tonight and getting a garden egg white omlet with home fires, no toast. yummy!!!

OMG YES!! I bought more LC's yesterday!! I just bought a few at Target over the weekend since they are cheaper there.

Can someone FM me the info on what we are suposed to eat dyring the day..... dairy fruit veggies exercise ETC...... I dont go to meetings I have been doing it on my own for 9 yrs and just wanted to double check. TIA
