Hello! I am an 09er crashing the 07 board. I am on a budget and I am just wondering if any of you ladies who have done this before can give me any money-saving ideas? So far, I am having a small wedding during the day in off-season. I am considering DIY centerpieces and invites. I am not sure if I want to spend $ on a limo but my bp is kind of large. Any advice? TIA!!!

Re: 09er looking for advice
Sarah!!!!!! So glad to see you on here!!!
I just looked in your albums and saw your dress - you look gorgeous!
To answer your question- so far it sounds like your doing everything right to save some money.
I didn't do flower centerpieces, I did candelabra's instead - it saved some money but not a ton.
Are you having your ceremony at the reception site - b/c if you are, you can definitely get away w/o limos.
FM / text / myspace me if you ever have any questions. I would love to help!
Hope you are doing well.

Tre!!!! I was sooo excited to see it was you replying! Thanks for the support! Yes, we are having the ceremony at the RH. I think we can get away with that too so I am glad to hear someone else say it! By the way, we have to get together soon! Thanks again. xoxoxoxo

Yes, we definitely have to get together soon!
Did you book your photographer or DJ yet? I should invite you over one day and you can look at all my proofs and see the video, if you want!

I would love to do that! We have picked the DJ (Burke Entertainment) because Des who is the DJ is a friend of my sister's and I think he will do a good job and give a reasonable price. We just have to set up a contract. We have not started looking at photographers. It's really important to me but there are so many out there that I don't know where to start!
